OPPORTUNITY Carriageworks is looking for an energetic and motivated Venue Partnerships Account Manager to jump into a 12-month contract with the potential to become permanent. ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Director Commercial & Venue Partnerships you will : Manage relationships with major event partners film and production clients and corporate event organisers. Drive commercial revenue across venue hire catering ticketing retail and other streams. Deliver outstanding account management ensuring seamless event planning and execution. Oversee venue operations maintaining CRM and event management systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences. ABOUT YOU Were looking for someone with : Experience in event venue or account management either tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Business / Event / Venue Management) or equivalent hands‑on experience in an events venue or sales related role. A track record in business development and client relationship management. Strong negotiation skills and a solutions‑focused approach. Excellent administration and CRM / database management experience. A passion for the arts cultural industries and major events. A collaborative mindset and commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
