You'll guide our teams to deliver experiences that are warm, poetic and effortlessly refined. Responsibilities Lead and inspire teams across buffet breakfast, all-day à la carte dining, signature bar service, and relaxed poolside service. Bring a sense of theatre and rhythm to each service - ensuring elegance, consistency, and confidence from open to close. Coach and mentor ambassadors to embody the Sofitel service culture : intuitive, graceful, emotionally intelligent. Maintain refined presentation across venues, upholding brand standards with precision. Oversee daily operations including stock, ordering, rosters, and service flow. Collaborate with hotel leaders to elevate guest sentiment, curate moments, and drive a seamless luxury experience. Be a visible presence on the floor - poised, polished, and engaged.
