About the facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About the role We are looking for a registered nurse with aged care experience who enjoys monitoring and managing aged care information to meet the needs of our residents and our regulatory obligations. The role of the care support coordinator will work within our team to provide support and direction in the areas of compliance and improvement initiatives across the Residential Aged Care and Transition Care Program services.
