Your opportunity As an EUC Engineer – Intune & Autopilot Specialist, you’ll be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. Your role will focus on the migration from SCCM to Intune and Autopilot, modern device management and deployment, ensuring seamless onboarding and compliance for end-user devices. Key Responsibilities Administer Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot Design and implement Windows Autopilot deployment profiles for zero-touch provisioning Manage application packaging and deployment via Intune Lead migration from SCCM to Intune for device and application management Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access Administer Azure AD / Entra ID, including identity governance and dynamic groups Implement security baselines and ensure devices meet compliance standards Collaborate on Disaster Recovery planning for endpoint technologies Optimise device lifecycle processes and identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate documentation and provide training to IT teams What you’ll bring We believe the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptionally strong customer service values. You’ll bring: Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot Knowledge of SCCM, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11 deployment Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation Excellent understanding of security best practices for endpoint management Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex device management issues Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Let’s create the gold standard of hearing care We will require the successful candidate to be willing to have a Police Check conducted (we pay), a current driver’s licence and must have rights to work in Australia.
