If you are up for a challenge and a self-driven individual, we want you to be on our team We are seeking an Area Manager to lead, inspire and grow our network of stores in VIC. A typical day in the life of a Sharetea Area Manager will include: Providing day to day operational support to our franchise partners Promoting and coaching on operational excellence and business profitability Supporting the training of new franchise partners Monitoring and coaching on financial performance Ensuring brand compliance Driving sales and marketing initiatives Managing a store visitation cycle Building relationships with franchise partners and their teams Ensure operational compliance Ability to achieveand exceed set KPI's Managing new store openings Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Retail/QSR experience 5+ years Multi-site franchise operations or management experience 5+ years The ability to influence change in a diverse network Demonstrated knowledgeof retail operational processes Exceptional communication skills Must havecar and drivers license Financial business experience – the ability to interpret P&L’s and financial data Ability to work independently andmanage your time efficiently and effectively The Benefits: Work independently and manage your territory Work with a highly engaged group of franchise partners Opportunity to input and influence change Fast growing brand Salary package commensurate with experience Great team environment Strongculture ofsupport and individual growth For a confidential discussion about the position and to be considered for the role please apply via Seek with an attachment of your CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
