Overview Sales Development Representative - Expression of Interest at MRI Software. We are seeking an enthusiastic and target driven individual to join MRI’s Sales Development Representative team. In this program, you will have the opportunity to progress through structured tiers and increase your earning potential. You will be trained on the suite of solutions on offer at MRI and be tasked with promoting these within existing markets within the APAC region. As key members of our Marketing function, the SDR team works to engage and qualify prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, and social media to qualify their interest and fit for MRI Software solutions and to pass qualified prospects to the sales team. Team members will also conduct a variety of revenue generating tasks, including market analysis and organizational research within existing and prospective customer organizations. While previous experience is ideal, candidates that show drive, potential, and have desire to progress through to a field sales role will be strongly considered for the role. Responsibilities Qualify and develop leads from a multitude of scenarios, identifying which MRI solution is best suited for the prospect. You will manage the phones to ensure all sales calls are answered, respond quickly and professionally to website enquiries, and monitor your inbox for new sales email enquiries. Demonstrate efficient and clear lead management, maintaining detailed notes and analyses. Clearly listen and thus communicate solution knowledge to educate prospects. Manage and develop relationships, fostering a wide range of prospect types, covering all of MRI’s markets. Become proficient and diligent in using all supporting software solutions to manage your pipeline and add value to our prospective experience, these include: CRM, Sales enablement platforms, Meeting booking systems, Marketing enablement platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo Managing internal relationships with our sales and marketing teams to ensure you aligned on our strategic approach. Support our outbound marketing team in a range of ways to drive customer interaction and attendance including trade shows, webinars/seminars, specific campaigns and online or in person events. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly/monthly targets which will contribute to your bonus structure Dedicate yourself to an internal ongoing development program which will include participation in sales and marketing orientated sessions alongside product training sessions. To deliver on assessed learning and development tasks (presentations, performance analysis, sites visit with field sales and personal development plans). Act as a subject matter expert on the real estate sector utilizing subject matter material from both internal and external sources Job requirements Keen interest in technology and its place in the business world Excellent written & verbal communication skills Flexible and focused self-starter with the ability to follow directives and work independently Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred but not essential Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint Understanding of how social networking tools can be used in business Be open to new initiatives and have the confidence to voice your own opinions on improvements that can be made understanding that following a structured sales process can deliver better results Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn a lot quickly Benefits Flexible working arrangements Uncapped commission structure Additional 16 hours of paid time off Me Days: additional 3 days of annual leave for qualifying employees Engaging, fun & inclusive culture: check out the MRI Software APAC Insta feed and stories About the Business MRI Software delivers innovative applications and hosted solutions that free real estate companies to elevate their business.
