About The Role Working within a dynamic and successful business, you will execute digital marketing strategies to ensure our brand is visible, engaging, and competitive. This role will lead our digital strategy across B2B and D2C channels, focusing on promoting our business through websites, search engines, email, social media, and digital advertising. Taking ownership of your key accountabilities, you will: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across all digital channels. Manage and optimise company websites to ensure an exceptional user experience, strong visual presentation, and high conversion performance. Oversee content creation and scheduling across social media platforms, fostering community engagement and consistent brand messaging. Coordinate and deliver targeted email, SMS, and digital advertising campaigns to support sales and marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, using data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. Manage product catalogues, online merchandising, and digital assets to maintain accurate and appealing web content. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects, promotional campaigns, and eCommerce enhancements. Support the ongoing development and optimisation of digital tools, apps, and online marketplaces to strengthen overall digital capability. About You To be considered for this role, you will require a strong background in digital marketing, with hands‑on experience across website optimisation, social media management, and campaign execution. They will be highly analytical and creative, able to blend data‑driven decision‑making with innovative content strategies to deliver measurable growth and engagement. Proven experience in digital marketing for wholesale distribution or similar industries. Familiarity with BigCommerce and ERP systems. Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and customer segmentation. Experience with Big Commerce, Klayvio, Searchspring, SMS marketing, and email campaign management. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategic actions. Knowledge of current social media trends, messaging styles, and imagery. Experience managing product imagery and digital content creation. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, IT, Business Development & Purchasing, as well as external consultants. Experience in Website development and maintenance.
