Administrative Officer – Senior Secondary Curriculum & Attainment – Department for Education, Children and Young People About the Team Our team supports and guides Year 11 and 12 providers to develop and implement quality senior secondary educational programs to meet the personalised learning needs of our students. The Attainment Team Focuses On The Following Areas Assistance in planning for and implementing Years 11 and 12 programs that support every student to engage in an Approved Learning Program (ALP) Facilitating partnerships with college and school leaders to collaborate in the areas of retention, transition and curriculum provision Support to monitor and increase student outcomes in retention, attainment and completion of Year 12 or equivalent Support in enhancing data literacy across school leadership teams Assistance with senior secondary processes and systems About The Role Provide high level clerical and administrative support to the Senior Secondary Provision business unit, with a particular focus on supporting administrative and operational requirements. Contribute to the efficient operation of the unit including the provision of high-level client service. The Administration Officer provides critical support to two Assistant Directors and coordinates key activities across the business unit. This includes: Scheduling and facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Preparing agendas, presentation materials, and documentation for engagement with stakeholders and the statutory authority (TASC). Managing core administrative functions such as office supplies, recruitment, travel, and monitoring outputs.
