Overview We are looking for a natural leader with high energy and a positive approach to achieving success. You’ll work closely with your team who provide exceptional customer service and help drive our bearing/power transmission business forward. Responsibility and Duties Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals. Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives. Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory. Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries. Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing. Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments. Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management. Who are you? Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Exceptional people management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Current and valid Australian driver’s license. Computer literate at an intermediate level. Experience or knowledge with industrial/bearing or power transmission products is advantageous.
