If you are looking for a fulfilling career, please apply through About the Role The Bar Team Leader is responsible for leading and supervising a team of food and beverage associates to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing staff performance, and contributing to the overall success of the outlet. Supervision and support of the Food and Beverage employees, ensuring exceptional and efficient service is delivered. Deliver on-the-job training and regular briefings to team members to enhance product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement. Collaborate with the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to contribute ideas for new cocktails, themed menus, and signature offerings. Assist in ordering, receiving, and managing bar inventory; conduct regular and accurate stock takes. Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and their needs are met promptly. Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism. Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Attend to stocktake and transfers of stocks to other departments. Ensure requisitions are collected and stored correctly.
