Join the ECOM team at NAB as a Consultant Business Performance and provide transparency and insight into the onboarding and profile services we provide to our customers Assist ECOM service owners in interpreting performance data, identifying issues, and supporting metric owner reporting improvements Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualise service performance, trends, KPIs, and targets Our people are customer obsessed. In the role of Consultant Business Performance, you will join an ECOM Team at NAB that’s doubling down on customer obsession Responsibilities Support the development of key metrics for monitoring ECOM service performance Build and maintain service performance dashboards in Power BI Productionise data feeds in dashboard reports Support Service Owners with insights on ECOM performance to help improve services Support the broader Strategy & Customer Advocacy team with ongoing strategy and analysis work Contribute to various business performance forums to drive focus and actions off the back of reporting We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Qualifications Proven experience in designing, building, and ongoing enhancement of Power BI reporting, ability to create dashboards Demonstrated experience sourcing data from multiple enterprise sources and building automated reporting capabilities Understanding of data structures, types, and sources Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
