Business Performance Analyst – Food Manufacturing We’re an established Australian food manufacturer producing for major supermarket, airline and export customers. We’re looking for a Business Performance Analyst who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves — someone who loves being on the factory floor, understanding how things actually work, and using data to drive measurable improvement across yield, labour, waste and profitability. What You’ll Be Doing Spend time on the floor understanding our production processes, equipment performance, and recipe validation. Analyse yield, labour, waste and efficiency data to find opportunities for improvement. Build clear, automated Power BI dashboards connecting data from Fishbowl, QuickBooks and other systems. Lead cost-saving and efficiency projects across procurement, scheduling, operations and QA. Drive accountability by embedding KPI tracking and performance meetings with each department. Support new equipment trials, ROI assessments and grant applications with real data. You’ll Be Great At This Role If You… Have experience in manufacturing or food production operations and love being close to the process. Know your way around Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools . Understand production metrics like yield, waste %, labour hours, and OEE. Are practical and action-oriented — you don’t just report numbers, you go and see why. Can communicate across all levels — from operators to senior management.
