Loan Market Caleb Bax is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Credit Analyst to support our high-performing team in Mitchelton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business built on reputation, trust, and consistent results. Working closely with Caleb, you’ll play a key role in assessing and packaging loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service throughout the lending process. What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in residential lending, credit analysis or similar banking role Strong understanding of credit policy, compliance and loan structuring High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities Motivated, proactive and committed to delivering great client outcomes What You’ll Get $80,000 – $90,000 + super (based on experience) Office-based role with 1 day WFH flexibility Opportunity to work with a trusted and fast-growing broking business Supportive and collaborative environment Industry-leading tools and CRM systems This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring seamless loan submissions, supporting growth, and contributing to client success.
