We are seeking an experienced Wine Tour Driver / Guide to join our team at Rick's Wine Tours on a contract basis. This exciting role will involve leading interactive tours of Melbourne's top wineries for both domestic and international visitors. As a Tour Driver / Guide, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing the best of what our vibrant city has to offer. What you'll be doing As a Wine Tour Driver & Host with Rick’s Wine Tours, you will: Safely drive guests to and from venues Host groups throughout tastings, lunch, and activities Coordinate timing, guest check-ins, and communication with venues Provide a fun, upbeat experience while maintaining professionalism Deliver exceptional service that reflects the values of Rick’s Group Assist with photos, social media tags, and review requests Prepare the bus and tour materials; manage water, snacks, and cleanliness Communicate clearly with guests and head office What we're looking for Minimum 1 years' experience as a tour guide or driver in the tourism industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences of all ages and backgrounds A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude A current Australian Driver's Licence and experience driving large passenger vehicles Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays What We Provide Full training A positive team culture All equipment required (tour kit, speaker, water, signage, etc.) Clear SOPs and support from office staff Competitive contractor rates How to Apply Send your CV and a short introduction to:******@ricksgroup.com.au What we offer At Rick's Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
