Be the First Step in Someone’s Investment Journey We’re on the lookout for a motivated, confident Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for new leads. In this phone-based role, you’ll help clients understand their property goals, qualify their readiness to invest, and connect them with our Senior Property Consultants for the next step. You’ll speak to prospects keen to build wealth through property, educate them on what’s possible, and guide them through what we do, all while creating a great first impression and keeping the lead pipeline healthy. If you’re great on the phone, love helping people, and want to build a career in real estate, this role is your entry point. What You’ll Do: Qualify and Educate Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients Understand their goals, budget, and readiness to purchase Explain the benefits of using a buyer’s agent and how we work Identify if they’re qualified to proceed based on savings, borrowing power, and timeline Build the Relationship Create trust with friendly, professional phone communication Offer helpful property and market insights in plain English Book discovery consultations with the Senior Property Consultant team Provide guidance to unqualified leads on what to work on and how to get ready Keep Things Sharp Maintain clear notes, tags, and next steps in the CRM Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and progressing Share feedback on lead quality and common challenges with the team Who You Are 1+ years’ experience in customer service or phone-based sales (real estate ideal) Friendly and confident communicator who builds rapport quickly Curious about property and eager to learn Organised and on top of your follow-ups Understands how to qualify leads and ask the right questions Calm, proactive, and always happy to help We’re one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies, helping everyday Aussies build wealth through property – and we’re just getting warmed up. You’ll be based in our Macquarie Park office 3 days a week (2 days WFH), in a modern setup with a gym, café, childcare, and great end‑of‑trip facilities.
