Sales Consultant – Tech Solutions (Sunshine Coast) Salary: OTE $70K–$100K | Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus Structure This isn’t a tech repair job — and you don’t need to be a tech expert. If you’re great with people, know how to ask the right questions, and are open to learning, we’ll train you to succeed. At King IT, we help customers solve problems they didn’t even know they had. We don’t just replace screens and sell cables — we dig deeper to find solutions that protect their tech, their data, and their digital lives. We’re looking for someone who can connect with customers, uncover real needs, and build solutions that add value. If you’ve ever had a customer say “I didn’t know you could do that” — this role is for you. Location: Sunshine Coast QLD (Maroochydore, Nambour, Kawana, Caloundra, Morayfield) What You’ll Be Doing Building trust and asking the right questions using our 16-Step Sales Process Recommending solutions across cybersecurity, software, backup, device setups, accessories, repairs and training Helping customers understand the “why” behind what they came in for Growing your product and service knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more Working as part of a results‑driven team that values ownership and accountability What We’re Looking For Confident communicators who can build rapport fast Background in retail, hospitality, telco, gyms, or finance is great – but not required Sales‑minded or sales‑curious – you must be hungry to succeed Willingness to learn tech and services (data, security, software) Available for full‑time work, including weekends across Sunshine Coast stores Career Progression You Can Count On King IT is expanding across Queensland, and we promote from within. Many of our current leaders started in sales roles. In the next 6–12 months, we’ll be opening new stores and leadership opportunities including Store Manager and District Manager roles.
