No prior experience required—just the right attitude and eagerness to learn. This front-facing role is the friendly first point of contact for the workshop team, supporting admin, data entry, ordering parts, and liaising with customers. Why You’ll Love It Here Early Friday Finish – wrap up by 12pm Work From Home – flexible when needed All Training Provided – setup for success Supportive Team – small, close-knit, and collaborative Career Progression – real opportunities to grow within Ventia What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day Greeting visitors and being the go-to person for workshop enquiries Managing clerical tasks including data entry and payroll support Ordering, tracking, and returning repair parts Assisting with scheduling and work order management Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers Supporting inventory and procurement processes Helping maintain a smooth and organised office environment What You Bring A vibrant, energetic personality and great people skills Willingness to learn — no prior experience required Basic computer skills (Word, Excel; SAP is a bonus) Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance) To be considered for this role, you will need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Negative Vetting Level 1).
