Take the next step in shaping the future with us With continued growth, RSGx is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Director with a background in rail, infrastructure or energy with experience in mechanical and electrical delivery being highly regarded. This role will provide strategic, commercial, and operational leadership across multiple scopes of work, with a strong focus on electrical delivery. You’ll lead project‑specific activities on major infrastructure works, including oversight of delivery, commercial management, QHSE alignment, resourcing, client engagement, and ensuring successful execution of RSGx’s contracted scopes. Strategic Leadership – Provide executive oversight across all M&E project scopes. Financial Management – Own portfolio financials; lead P&L, forecasting, cost control, claims, and profitability initiatives. Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Build senior relationships; lead reviews and negotiations; represent RSGx in governance forums; identify growth opportunities. Operational Excellence – Oversee project delivery through PMs/CMs; ensure compliance; drive consistency and high performance across all scopes. People Leadership – Coach and develop teams; foster a safety‑focused, high‑performance culture; support workforce planning and recruitment. QHSE Commitment – Champion health, safety, and environment; embed procedures; lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll bring extensive senior leadership experience on large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects ($200M+ portfolios), with proven expertise in managing multiple scopes and multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll also demonstrate high-level communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels, including; Strong commercial and contractual negotiation experience. Ability to work within Tier 1 systems, governance frameworks and project controls. Demonstrated success in winning, negotiating and delivering major contracts. Strong financial acumen and P&L leadership. Degree in electrical engineering with Leadership qualifications highly desirable, or a mechanical degree with electrical delivery experience. Knowledge of enterprise agreements and IR frameworks relevant to large infrastructure projects. Why Join Us?
