Over 100 hrs of rostered annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours per year which includes monthly in‑house training, daily team collaboration time, national and state clinical meetings, paid professional development leave and your own professional development allowance. Your role as a Speech Pathology Grad Provide evidence‑based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload – providing direct, family based and community‑based support to individuals with developmental delays and / or disabilities. Day‑to‑day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence‑based outcomes. Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support. Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
