Principal Consultant | Headhunter - Human Resources & Talent Acquisition About the Role We are recruiting an Employee Relations Advisor to join a large, fast‑paced organisation based in Macquarie Park. This permanent position offers a salary of $110,000 – $120,000 + super and the opportunity to partner closely with leaders across the business on complex and meaningful people matters. You will provide expert ER advice, lead end‑to‑end case management and help ensure fair and consistent outcomes aligned with organisational policies and values. Key Responsibilities Manage complex ER matters including investigations, grievances, bullying and harassment, discrimination and policy breaches. Coach leaders through performance management and disciplinary processes. Support long‑term sick leave cases and contribute to matters before the Fair Work Commission. Partner with P&C, WHS, Payroll and leaders across the organisation. About You 3+ years’ experience in ER Advisory within a large, fast‑paced environment. Strong experience conducting investigations and providing practical ER advice. Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, IR, Law or related field.
