Campus Infrastructure Manager Location: Sutherland Shire. Position is ongoing, full time with A$ salary commensurate with experience and 15.4% super. Position Overview Lead strategic asset planning and risk‑informed decision‑making for critical campus infrastructure. About the Opportunity The Campus Infrastructure Manager (Asset Manager for Site Infrastructure and Reticulated Systems) is responsible for translating the Asset Owner’s strategic intent for infrastructure and system assets into risk‑informed technical, financial and operational decisions, plans and activities. The role coordinates the asset planning and management functions in relation to the Owner’s assets. Your Duties and Responsibilities Translate the Asset Owner’s strategic intent for their assets into risk‑informed technical, financial and operational decisions, plans and activities. Work with subject‑matter experts (SMEs) and users of the services to develop, review and implement Asset Management Plans covering seven infrastructure asset classes: building assets, electrical assets, town water assets, effluent assets, pipe gas assets, grounds assets (including buffer zones, stormwater, roads, carparks and footpath assets) and safety systems assets. Collaborate with the infrastructure operations team to contribute to the development and implementation of multi‑asset investment strategies, asset allocation decisions, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of investment decisions. Ensure implementation of long‑term asset management plans (including capital investment, programme, operations, maintenance strategies) that specify activities, resources and measurable outcomes to achieve desired objectives.
