About the role We’re seeking a driven, motivated, and ambitious Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of delivering results. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun team environment while contributing to the growth of AgriWebb. In this role, you’ll prospect and connect with potential customers in QLD and NT, work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and nurture leads, drive pipeline growth, and ensure our customers achieve their goals. You will own the end-to-end customer journey—from successful onboarding to fostering long-term relationships, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions and maximize the value of their investment. You’ll do this by building and nurturing relationships, increasing the adoption of AgriWebb, providing insights, and identifying opportunities for expansion. If you’re hungry to succeed, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference, this role is for you Responsibilities Identify and Develop Opportunities: Prospect new leads and uncover customer needs to build a strong sales pipeline Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Share market insights with product, success, and marketing teams to improve customer experience and solutions Solve Problems Creatively: Be proactive in tackling challenges and refining the sales process, working with the team to fine‑tune outreach Build Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a genuine passion for helping customers succeed Strong work ethic: Join a team of sales individuals with a strong drive to deliver on their goals Qualifications Proven sales experience in B2B SaaS or a similar industry Understanding of AgTech and/or the agricultural industry is preferred Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms Understanding of customer success principles, practices, and metrics Proactive problem‑solving approach, with creative ways to tackle challenges in work Customer‑oriented mindset, passionate about making a difference, and a genuine desire to improve customers’ lives Motivated self‑starter with a desire to be a key contributor to a high‑performance sales team Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on the customer Compensation Base salary of $80‑100k with an OTE of $160‑200k.
