Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Customer Service Officer (CSO) will be forefront of delivering an exceptional experience through resolution of queries, order and quote processing and connecting customer to product either in branch or via phone or email. This is a great starter role within Bullivants for someone looking to develop their career. Based onsite at Bullivants Toowoomba across a Monday – Friday roster this is a permanent, full-time opportunity. About the role: Resolve sales enquiries within our branch or via phone and email Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders daily Processing and data entry of customer orders, quotes, and handle end-to-end customer interactions Provide product-based information and cross-selling where required Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes To be successful, you will have: Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment Ability to work unsupervised in a small team Excellent oral and written communication Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word Strong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry advantageous About us: Career development and progression pathways Opportunities to learn and grow A supportive network of stakeholders Discounts to Bunnings, Kmart, Officeworks and a range of other corporate partners Long and short term incentives At Bullivants, for over 120 years, our purpose is to make lifting safe and efficient by partnering with our customers to deliver a range of lifting and heavy rigging products coupled with service and reliability maintenance.
