About The Role
This is a newly created role within our Transformation team that will see the successful candidate utilise their strong business analysis and business process re-design experience as part of an organisation-wide transformation of legal service delivery. The team has a strong culture of collaboration, dynamism and fun, as we work together to uplift our client and employee experience through end-to-end legal claims management.
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role across a range of projects in our portfolio, including an exciting new project: the implementation of a new CRM/Case Management System. This new system will transform the way our legal services are delivered. This is a mid-to senior level role, with the successful candidate being responsible for a range of business analysis activities that bridge the gap between legal, shared services and technology teams.The focus is on:lean process redesign: workshopping, analysing, and optimising business processes and analyticscollaborating with our technical configuration team to ensure the design, build and optimisation of our new system is aligned to our legal teams’ requirementsFlexibility is key – as we will need your help across a range of project activities, such as data migration and integration design.Responsibilities:Ability to lead and influence legal team members and other stakeholders, workshop and present ideas effectivelyGather, analyse and document business requirements across a range of domains, collaborating with technical teams in the design and development of technical solutionsProcess redesign: identify inefficiencies, design streamlined processes and analytics, and work within a cross-functional team to bring the new processes to life in our new systemsAbility to create quality high level and detailed process diagrams, functional specifications and other business analysis work productsDevelop expertise in the configuration of our low-code/no code platform to support build activities and to enable better conversations with the business on ‘the art of the possible’Post-implementation, measure the efficiency of business processes using analysis of key metrics, and propose ongoing improvementProvide training, coaching and support to team members, uplifting process redesign and business analysis capability across the broader team.Development of project artefacts such as project plans, RACI matrices, status reporting, and management of project dependencies, risks and issuesThe Experience We Are Looking ForExtensive experience in a Business Analyst role working across a variety of projects in an Agile and Waterfall environment.Demonstrated capability in Business Process Reengineering desirable, with proficiency in methods such as Lean Six Sigma (ideally green belt level) and Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).Experience in implementation of CRM or workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega, Appian highly regardedExperience in a high-volume claims, case management or customer service system also highly regardedStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and visualise complex data sets, including use of analytics solutions such as PowerBI, Qlik and Tableau.Expertise in the development of user stories, test cases, sprint planning, and use of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Our People Commitment comes with the following benefits:Ongoing coaching and career development opportunities22 Weeks Parental leave with your superannuation guaranteed and back-to-work transition policyEnd of Year leave, 1 day first year, 4 days after 2 yearsComprehensive mental health framework, including wellbeing leave (up to 4 extra days per year) and $299 reimbursementDiscounted gym membershipA hybrid flex working modelSalary Continuance & Life Insurance17.5% Annual Leave Loading… just to name a few. *T's & C's applyOur shared values represent what we stand for and guide how we act, with Courage; Compassion; Collaboration; Fairness and Tenacity.We love that you have a life outside of work and we’re happy to support yours.
