With over 20 hotels and 30 Bottleshops with more exciting venues on the horizon, we are expanding rapidly across regional Queensland. About the Role: When appointed to a Venue as a Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Bottleshop and Drive Thru departments. You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals. This position will require travelling to our venues and performing stints for varying durations. Key Responsibilities: The ability to jump in and lead a team of retail sale attendants, fostering a positive work environment at all venues. Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations. Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning. Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing improvements where needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of liquor products and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
