Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Granville, QLD, for an NDIS Support Coordinator. In this role, you will assist participants in accessing and coordinating NDIS services suited to their individual needs. Daily responsibilities include case management, liaising with relevant stakeholders, providing technical and practical support, and managing service agreements. The Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in empowering participants to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships with participants and stakeholders effectively. Experience in Case Management and Customer Service to provide tailored support plans and exceptional service to participants. Technical Support knowledge to navigate systems and processes related to NDIS services and plans. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve the best outcomes for participants. Familiarity with the NDIS framework and a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. Relevant qualifications or experience in social work, community services, disability, or related fields.
