Role Summary 38hrs per Week Flexible working hours Full-time 12-month Contract to cover maternity leave with possibility to extend S.C.H.A.D.S. Industry Award – Level 4, based on experience Inclusive workplace environment Be part of a committed and supportive team of professionals We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, passionate Coordinator of Supports to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the essential link between NDIS participants and the services they need. As a Coordinator of Supports you will collaborate with people with disability, their families and support networks to ensure they receive the right services and support that meets their individual needs. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Working with Participants to achieve their NDIS goals, build their capacity and independence. Linking participants to relevant service providers and coordinating services on behalf of Participants Working within individual NDIS funding budgets while continually tracking and monitoring billable hours. Have well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal / external stakeholders. Planning and managing individual workload to ensure the delivery of quality services in conjunction with NDIA and organisational reporting requirements Confident in meetingKPIsincluding billable hours Complying with all relevant legislation and codes of conduct What’s on offer Professional development opportunities Salary sacrificing benefits Free Employee Assistance Program Be part a committed and supportive team of community driven professionals Access to the Fitness Passport program To be successful in this role you will: Working with Children (Blue Card) and Disability Services (Yellow Card) and a Right to Work within Australia Be able to undertake a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Have a current Queensland Driver's License Have current car registration and comprehensive car insurance.
