About the Role Direct message the job poster from Machine Hall. To champion the long term commercial growth of Machine Hall by driving strategic marketing initiatives that secure new business opportunities, strengthen brand alignment and build forward revenue. This role position will see Machine Hall elevate our digital presence, deepening audience engagement and ensuring every campaign meaningfully supports qualified lead generation and event sales. Responsibilities Digital strategy and campaign execution. Develop and deliver digital marketing plans that support sales targets and forward revenue. Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google. Build targeted audience segments, retargeting flows and full funnel pathways. Ensure all digital activity focuses on qualified lead generation and measurable ROI. Content Creation and Social Media Management Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn with a premium and consistent brand tone. Produce short–form video, stills and written content tailored to each platform. Maintain a structured content calendar that balances corporate, creative and brand storytelling. Monitor performance and adjust content to lift engagement and enquiry quality. Email Marketing and CRM Manage Mailchimp including segmentation, automation and campaign optimisation. Build EDMs that support lead nurturing, retargeting and client engagement. Maintain strong list hygiene and develop strategies to grow valuable audiences. Report on open rates, click behaviour and conversions with actionable insights. Analytics and Performance Reporting Use Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics and platform insights to track performance. Monitor cost per lead, lead quality, engagement metrics and campaign outcomes. Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with recommendations grounded in data. Translate insights into adjustments that support revenue and brand objectives. Budget Management Manage lean budgets with accuracy and accountability. Allocate spend effectively across platforms to maximise ROI. Track spend against performance and adjust quickly where return is not optimised. Collaboration and Stakeholder Support Work closely with Sales, Events and Creative to ensure marketing supports commercial goals. Support cultural and Category 1 programming while keeping revenue priorities at the forefront. Requirements Minimum of three years experience in a digital marketing role within an agency or similar fast‑paced environment. Strong capability in paid social across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google. Confident experience with Mailchimp including segmentation, automation and retargeting. Proven ability to create high‑quality social content including short‑form video. Strong grasp of analytics, reporting and data‑driven decision making. Excellent written communication and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal team. Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple campaigns at once.
