As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the benefits of medicinal cannabis and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a part‑time position; however casual applicants will also be considered. About The Role: With a can‑do attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn, this is an exciting opportunity for an early‑career or experienced Pharmacy Technician to discover this exciting industry. You will be part of our incredible team that ensures plant medications are dispensed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner. In the role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including: Accurately dispense prescriptions and enter medical data Accurately complete, pick and pack e‑commerce orders when needed Administrative support for pharmacists Communicating with patients regarding their order status and answering order queries Communicating with suppliers and other stakeholders Work in cooperation with Pharmacists to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications Dispensary inventory control and stock movement into and within the pharmacy About You: Prior experience in pharmacy an advantage Quick learner - the ability to understand and follow our dispensing procedures and to adapt as we grow Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Medicinal Cannabis experience is highly desired but not essential Be careful – Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
