Elevate the client experience, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships. Become a brand ambassador, inspiring passion for Louis Vuitton within the team and with clients. Drive sales and profitability through strategic clienteling and operational excellence. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Qualifications Leadership DNA: Proven experience mentoring and coaching team members, demonstrating leadership qualities. Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business KPIs, with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Clientelling Obsession: A passion for building relationships with VIP clients, hosting exclusive appointments, and representing the brand at the highest level. Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures. Exceptional Communication: Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage escalations professionally. Proactive & Agile: A proactive mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment (e.g., store/department manager). A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. A love for coaching others and progressing your leadership journey.
