Medical Employee Relations Advisor We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy yet supportive Medical Workforce team as a Medical Employee Relations Advisor. This is a varied and enjoyable full-time role, with flexibility to work at either Ipswich or Colchester Hospitals and cross-site coverage as required. Main Duties Provide proactive first-point contact for staff and managers requiring advice. Work from the Trust's policies and procedures, and give basic advice and guidance to resolve day-to-day queries. Support the team with comprehensive administrative tasks, including gathering information and undertaking enquiries. Facilitate smooth running of the service under the direction of senior colleagues. Act as an ambassador for the Department and the Trust as the first point of contact. Contribute to achieving KPIs.
