HITH Senior Clinician – Full time RPN Grade 4 About The Role This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative in‑patient setting that aligns with the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. WREN Hospital in the home team provides in‑home mental health care to women within a 10km radius of the site at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road. The HITH Senior Clinician provides advanced clinical leadership and oversight of care delivered in the home environment. This role supports multidisciplinary collaboration, complex clinical decision‑making, and contributes to service development and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with participants, families/carers/supporters and the multidisciplinary team to provide care that supports women’s mental health and wellbeing and promotes recovery. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment, promoting dignity and respect for all women. Offer education and support to women and their families/carers/supporters, empowering them to actively participate in the care process. Provide quality evidence‑based care to our participants. Provide expert clinical assessment, risk management, and care planning. Support and mentor nursing and allied health staff. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. Contribute to service evaluation and improvement initiatives. About You Qualifications AHPRA Registration. Acute Mental Health Inpatient experience essential. Postgraduate Qualifications in Mental Health (highly regarded). Knowledge and understanding of trauma‑informed approaches and best practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment. Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate of $56.60 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
