With 13 dealer points across Eastern England, we offer comprehensive service and support for a wide range of vehicles – HGVs, passenger vehicles, vans, and agricultural and industrial vehicles. Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Area Sales Manager for a full‑time role, based across selected Norfolk and Cambridgeshire postcodes. The role involves managing sales activities, developing strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include creating sales strategies, generating leads, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in account management and client relationship building. Knowledge of the commercial vehicle or automotive industry; experience in HGV or Scania brand sales is a plus. Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and lead generation techniques. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively. Ability to analyse data, report on sales metrics, and meet or exceed sales targets. Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions. A proven track record of sales achievements and a customer‑focused mindset. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.
