We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic and growing firm. Role You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of commercial matters. This includes advising on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, and general commercial advice. You will work closely with our Directors and have the opportunity to lead significant client engagements. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice on a variety of commercial matters. Lead and manage corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Draft and negotiate complex contracts. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Mentor and develop junior lawyers. About You To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 year PQE in commercial law. A Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification. A current Queensland practising certificate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and drafting skills. A proactive approach to client management and business development.
