Real Estate & Property Property Management Gold Coast Permanent / Full Time Posted: 23/11/2025 $115,000-$130,000 p / a Property Network of Australia is seeking a Centre Manager to join a national property group and oversee a portfolio of large format retail (LFR) assets located across Queensland in a newly created role This role can be based in either North Brisbane or the Gold Coast and we are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in a retail property management role at Property Manager or Centre Management level. Our client is a leading retail property group with interests within this space up the east coast of Australia. Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead retail property operations and drive portfolio performance Manage budgets, financials, and tenant relationships Support leasing, compliance, and team development Oversee the overall presentation and maintenance of a portfolio of large format retail assets, ensuring a high standard across all properties. Manage on site contractors, support staff and day to day operational obligations across the portfolio. Maintain accurate lease documentation, trust account compliance and financial reporting requirements including budgets and arrears oversight. Support the Head of Leasing with leasing activity through local market insight, retailer engagement and assisting in minimising vacancy across the portfolio. Prepare monthly and annual narrative reports covering financial performance, expenditure, contractor performance, defects and recommended actions. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong financial acumen with experience producing budgets, monthly reporting and operational financials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders. Sound organisational and time management capability with confidence managing multiple assets. Experience in retail property administration, legislation and leasing terminology, with exposure to MRI, Cirrus8 or similar systems being advantageous. A proactive, self motivated approach with strong negotiation and problem solving ability.
