Full-time site-based | Growth role | Training supported Summary We’re looking for a practical, people-focused Safety Advisor who wants to be embedded in a site team and play a hands‑on role in running a safe, well‑organised project. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their safety career — or someone with trade/site experience wanting to move into WHS — who brings energy, communication and a team‑first attitude. We’re growing fast, and we invest in those who want to develop their skills and career. The Opportunity You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to run day‑to‑day WHS on site. There’s ongoing pipeline after this project and support available for training, development and advancing your safety capability. What You’ll Be Responsible For Supporting daily safety operations on site Setting up exclusion zones, access ways, signage and emergency equipment Assisting with spotting when required Running inductions, toolbox talks and permit systems Managing inspections, observations and close‑out actions Supporting Procore + Hammertech processes (training provided) Building positive relationships with trades and helping lift overall site culture Who This Will Suit A team‑oriented person with good communication and energy Practical, hands‑on mindset — comfortable working on the deck Calm operator who stays organised and focused under pressure Someone wanting to grow their safety career and learn on the job Enjoys contributing to a disciplined, supportive site environment What You’ll Bring WHS experience or strong interest in stepping into the field Confidence speaking with trades and leading conversations Good record‑keeping and attention to detail Proactive approach — you see issues early and get onto them Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
