About the Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Health & Safety Advisor will provide practical and proactive support across all WHS functions for the main manufacturing facility on the Northern Gold Coast while also contributing to national safety initiatives across the broader business. This is a development opportunity for an experienced HSE professional seeking to take the next step into management. You will have the support of a collaborative leadership team, exposure to senior stakeholders and a structured pathway toward a future Health & Safety Manager role. Key responsibilities include: Leading WHS initiatives and continuous improvement programmes across operations Providing technical safety advice, coaching and support to managers and employees Reviewing, embedding and improving existing WHS systems, policies and procedures Conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions Overseeing workers’ compensation, rehabilitation and return‑to‑work processes Delivering safety training and inductions, ensuring competency and compliance across all shifts About You You will bring enthusiasm, initiative and confidence to influence others, along with a genuine desire to grow your career into a leadership position.
