The portfolio is predominantly Industrial Warehouses & Sheds, Office Suites/Towers, shopfronts, small regional shopping centres, and café & restaurants. THE ROLE We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant to support the Senior Commercial Property Manager. No prior commercial experience is required. RESPONSIBILITIES Support a Senior Commercial Property Manager day-to-day with the running of the portfolio using Property Tree Ensuring lease agreements and regulatory building requirements are met Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections for compliance and maintenance standards Processing work orders & coordinating property maintenance and repairs Understanding and acting on Landlord and Tenant enquiries Managing quotes & purchase orders for capital works Chase rental arrears & negotiate new lease terms PERKS Work on a variety of assets to widen your skill set – No residential only commercial & industrial. Enjoy a direct working relationship with the Director of this business A fantastic opportunity to grow into an Commercial Manager and look after your own portfolio Conveniently located in Bankstown area with easy parking Monday to Friday (never weekends) Salary $60,000 - $75,000 including (depending on prior real estate experience) Hands-on Director who knows all the landlords & has hands-on PM experience themself Set up your future career, this role will then allow you to be noticed by the likes of CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, etc. THE PERSON Minimum 2+ years in residential real estate, Leasing or Junior Property Manager Must have a stable work history, we are looking for a long term candidate who we can invest time into their growth Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a professional environment. Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. A passion for real estate and delivering exceptional service.
