As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Operations and Engineering team you'll be a trusted adviser leading end-to-end recruitment to attract top talent and deliver strong outcomes. You'll design targeted campaigns, optimise Smart Recruiters functionality and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers. Your consultative approach will drive strategic sourcing build recruitment capability and strengthen our employer brand particularly during peak periods. You'll coach and support managers champion a positive candidate experience and contribute to business goals all while thriving in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You’ll have : Experience in recruiting roles within large complex organisations Proven ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume fast-paced environments Strong advisory experience with a consultative approach to partnering with stakeholders A track record in developing recruitment strategies and coordinating successful campaigns Proactive sourcing capability using innovative methods and AI-driven tools to identify and engage talent Confidence in presenting to varied audiences both internal and external A flexible solutions-focused mindset that adapts to changing business needs Strong relationship-building skills across a broad stakeholder group Why Qantas If you're successful in your application you'll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
