That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.What you’d be doing in this roleAs Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.At the moment, this role is focused on:Work with a varied group of stakeholders to define and deliver key business outcomes.Ensure an appropriate degree of consistency in planning, documentation and core practices across teams to ensure meaningful velocity and promote our ability to scale how teams work across CanvaUnderstand the technical solution, be able to facilitate technical discussions with Engineering teams, help identify and close gapsBuild partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence decisions, drive alignment and prioritizationMonitor and track delivery status across multiple teams and projectsPromote accountability towards sustainable program deliveryManage open issues relating to program deliveryAssess and manage program risksManage dependencies across teams and groupsFacilitate effective, timely and transparent team decision making practicesFacilitate continual improvement rituals to build the effectiveness of product development and engineering teamsBuild a culture and environment to achieve excellence and innovationYou're probably a match ifYou have aminimum of 3 years TPM experience at an established and complex organizationYou have a deep understanding of Agile product development processesYou have experience working with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver key company initiativesYou have domain experience working with experimentation and measurement platforms (e.g. A/B testing, product analytics, feature flagging) and teams providing internal tooling is valued.You are comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesYou are anatural communicator who leads through influence, not authorityYou have a passionfor navigating complexity and tackling ambiguous problemsYou are Process-oriented but flexible in approachYou are motivated to provide an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for our diverse team to collaborate together, in a timely fashion, towards shared goalsIntrospective focus to continually improve the effectiveness of Canva’s teamsYou are dedicated to personal growth and improving in your craft as a TPMYou have the leadership capability to ensure clarity, alignment and accountability to achieve our crazy big goalsYou have the ability to think strategically but also able to make crazy big goals happen. This role will be very hands-onAbout the Product Insights Enablement

Product Insights Enablement builds platforms and tools to foster a culture of informed decision-making with Canva.
