We're seeking an Enterprise Test Manager to lead the quality assurance function across iSelect and Compare the Market, guiding a diverse team of 25+ testers. This role is pivotal in setting Test strategy, driving automation best practices, and ensuring consistent, high-quality releases across multiple platforms. Through effective automation, process reliability, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational priorities, the Enterprise Test Manager drives a culture of quality and continuous improvement. QA Strategy and Vision Execute a test automation strategy to improve coverage, speed, and reliability across platform releases. Align Test vision and roadmap with business priorities, leveraging AI and emerging technologies for future‑proofing. Automation and Technical Excellence Lead automated test suite development (UI, API, performance, AI) integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Drive cross‑platform testing and promote advanced test management tools for visibility and efficiency. Continuous Improvement and Metrics Drive continuous improvement by monitoring quality metrics, cycle times, defect rates, and leveraging AI‑powered analytics for smarter decision‑making. Collaborate on effective root‑cause analysis, incident response, and knowledge sharing, strengthening supportability. Team Leadership and Culture Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi‑disciplinary QA team (in‑house and offshore) to foster a culture of improvement, accountability, and transparency. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Champion collaboration with Product, Data, Revenue Assurance, Telephony, UX, Engineering, and Operations to embed quality early in development. Manage the defect lifecycle using Azure DevOps and BrowserStack, ensuring prioritization and communication with engineering teams. About you: 5+ years in QA, including at least 3 years in a leadership or enterprise‑level capacity, overseeing large test teams and multi‑platform projects. Advanced expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps preferred). Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling automation strategies, including AI‑driven testing and analytics. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and people leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive supportability, visibility, and delivery outcomes. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, and experience working with cross‑functional engineering teams. Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business value. Collaboration: Ability to foster collaboration and alignment across multiple teams and disciplines.
