ENROLLED NURSE - Residential Aged care facility (Bendigo) Casual EN positions available. AM - PM shifts available across Monday to Sunday Bendigo Location Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging benefits. We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our residential care team and contribute to the provision of excellent care for our residents at mecwa care Flora Hill our 62 - bed aged care hom e and mecwcare Long Gully our 52 - bed aged care home in Bendigo. As an Enrolled Nurse (EN)you will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based resident-centered care following specific clinical policies and approved protocols. You will be working under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse. What you bring Advanced clinical skills and a commitment to high quality care and services. A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care home. Current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Able to work all shifts including night shifts. Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services. Proven ability to guide, motivate care staff and promote a positive work environment Working knowledge of the AN-ACC funding model and Aged Care legislation. Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
