You will also be responsible for the following: Leading the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to Zurich’s digital strategy. Translating complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and solutions. Piloting and evaluating new Salesforce features to assess their impact and value. Providing hands‑on technical leadership, including coding, configuration, and integrations (approx. 30% hands‑on). Mentoring and guiding team members in Salesforce best practices and technical excellence. Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, driving continuous improvement. Important to your success – let’s grow together. You are an accomplished Lead Engineer with deep, hands‑on Salesforce expertise. You thrive in a fast‑paced, transformation‑focused environment, and are passionate about leading teams to deliver high‑impact digital solutions. In order to be successful, you will have the following: Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, with a track record of leading Salesforce solution delivery in complex environments. Expert‑level proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and CI/CD concepts and tooling. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud. Salesforce Developer certifications. Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams. Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.
