Customer Service Representative

Bidfood Toowoomba is looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Wilsonton branch.This is an inbound, phone-based role – no cold calling, no outbound sales. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll be the friendly voice that helps them place orders, find what they need and feel supported.Our customer service team is much loved by our customers – not just for getting things right but for building genuine relationships. We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, both on the job and beyond it.This is a fast-paced, inbound customer service and telesales role. You'll take calls from chefs, kitchen teams and hospitality businesses placing orders or seeking advice. Your support will help keep their operations running smoothly.You'll work closely with our sales reps and sales manager to ensure customers are well looked after and systems stay up-to-date. The role will also require you to : Answer inbound phone calls and take ordersBuild trusted relationships with regular customersRespond to emails and product enquiriesProcess orders accurately using internal softwareOnboard new customers and assign to sales repsLiaise with sales reps and managers to resolve service issuesMaintain accurate customer and product records About youYou're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, communicates clearly and stays composed under pressure. Whether it's a busy phone day or a complex customer query, you bring professionalism, warmth and a can‑do attitude to your work.If you've worked in hospitality, retail, administration, call centres, reception, or even fast‑paced medical or logistics environments, your ability to multitask, stay organised and build rapport will be highly regarded.
