For more information on Paddy Pallin, visit Our History Key Responsibilities: Oversee the stock management process end to end. Regular stock management tasks include, but are not limited to: processing and receiving supplier orders and inter-store transfers, as well as overseeing price labelling and the allocation of new stock to their merchandising or storage locations. Manage the stock delivery and storage area, including safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and ease of use. Routinely find and address stock inconsistencies between Pronto and the actual stock in store. Process will include addressing the weekly Negative Report and category rolling stock takes. Liaise with Purchasing team and Store Manager to improve stock holding, that is, target levels, top-ups, and over stocks. Work with the Store Manager to plan and execute stock take. Assist the Store Management team to ensure promotions and campaigns are successful. Routinely identify opportunities to improve the staff and customer experience. Manage the store team to succeed at daily tasks and service when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, 2IC are absent. Create and manage warranty structure and processing, and train shop floor team to follow and implement process. Work with the Online store to meet the expectations set with Online store order TSD, Click and Collect, and IBT requests. Be health and safety conscious. Comply with all lawful and reasonable directions of Paddy Pallin. Not engage in any unlawful conduct in the course of your employment, while at work premises or when using Paddy Pallin resources.
