Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Westfield Knox Concept Store We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our NEW Westfield Knox Concept Store on a PART‑TIME basis. This role requires fixed weekly days/hours covering selected weekdays and at least one weekend day. What’s on offer? A competitive salary Generous employee discounts on adidas product Career development with an iconic global sports brand Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in: Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment. Role‑modeling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Representing the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Executing and maintaining established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment. Training and coaching the team to fine‑tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge. Coordinating team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process. Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
