Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Eastgardens Westfield Store, NSW We're seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our NEW Westfield Eastgardens Sports Concept Store opening SOON on a PART-TIME basis. This means fixed weekly days/hours covering selected weekdays and at least 1 weekend day. Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment. Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge. Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process. Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
