Overview Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Fountain Gate Location Opening SOON. This role is part of our NEW Originals Concept Store in Fountain Gate, Vic, on a PART-TIME basis (approximately 30 hours per week: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays). Training will begin soon to prepare for opening and busy trading periods. What’s on offer A competitive salary Retail bonus scheme Generous employee discounts on adidas products Career development with an iconic global sports brand Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store, through staff productivity and an active selling environment. Lead by example, representing service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience and guiding the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals. Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising standards and ensure adequate shop floor replenishment. Train and coach team to enhance service skills and build foundational and seasonal brand/product knowledge. Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and stock-to-floor flow. Share best practices to drive overall store performance. Qualifications & Experience Experience as a Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
