Senior Project Officer, Policy The Senior Project Officer, Policy will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of training related policies within the College and aligning it to best practice. This position plays a pivotal role aligning our training related policies to the organisation goals and regulatory frameworks, ensuring best practice advice is adhered to; while working collaboratively across teams, and driving stakeholder engagement. While this role is advertised as full time, flexible work options, including part time, may be available. About the College The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) is a purpose-driven organisation that exists to support specialist doctors in clinical radiology and radiation oncology across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Manage the trainee policy application process, end to end, ensuring alignment to process and policy. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training policies are contemporary and fit for purpose. Provide high level policy advice to both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee and manage the trainee policy application process, end to end, ensuring to alignment of process to policy. About you: Highly developed written communication skills with the proven ability to develop and write policy, and address different contexts. Hands-on expertise working independently within a complex, legal environment and framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders. Organised and proactive, able to design and embed processes while managing multiple programs. A degree in law or legal qualification or related field and / or equivalent relevant work experience would be highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
