1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants About This Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Nash, you will help large enterprises reimagine how they manage last‑mile delivery. This strategic, high‑impact role focuses on closing complex, high‑value deals and shaping how our most important customers adopt Nash’s AI‑powered logistics infrastructure. Working on the founding APAC team, you will focus on enterprise retailers in Australia and New Zealand, leveraging our technical edge, agility, and grit to drive success as we scale across the region. The role reports to the General Manager, APAC and works closely with global sales and commercial leadership. It is a full‑cycle role with support from marketing, product, and data, helping customers evolve from fragmented delivery workflows to unified, intelligent logistics infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a complex sales pipeline from scratch, focusing on high‑value, enterprise‑level deals, including prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and closing. Develop and execute a high‑touch playbook for each target account, leveraging outbound motion, strategic networking, and targeted messaging to engage and convert key enterprise accounts. Establish and grow relationships with enterprise companies in grocery, convenience, pharmaceutical, and retail industries, positioning Nash as a trusted partner. Lead the technical scoping process to map client needs to Nash’s capabilities and customize solutions to deliver measurable value. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs and provide actionable feedback for strategy and product development. Maintain a deep understanding of target markets and customer pain points, contributing to internal feedback loops that drive product and marketing strategy. Routinely update CRM and sales tools with accurate activity data, deal progress, revenue projections, and next steps, maintaining strong sales hygiene. Requirements Proven track record selling complex, technical products to B2B enterprises, especially in AI, SaaS, logistics, or retail, managing high‑value deals over 6‑12+ month periods. Strong technical background in selling API‑driven solutions, with ability to articulate complex offerings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. A self‑starter with high motivation, capable of managing responsibilities independently while contributing to team success. Strong curiosity about customer needs, able to ask insightful questions that uncover deeper issues and craft tailored solutions. Proficient in analyzing data to extract key insights that demonstrate Nash’s value, working with complex data sets and the data team on advanced reporting. Exceptional communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels, from C‑suite to technical teams, and handling objections effectively.
